Policy Statement
Fankong Global Limited ("the Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, partners, and licensees to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") and applicable international intellectual property laws, the Company will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright and trademark infringement.
Submission of Takedown Notices
If you are a copyright or trademark owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content associated with Fankong Global Limited, please report the alleged infringement by submitting a formal Notice to our Designated Legal Agent.
Statutory Requirements
Your Notice must be in writing and include the following statutory requirements:
Physical or Electronic Signature
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the Protected Work
Explicit identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers, original source URLs, or a copy of the original work.
Identification of Infringing Material
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, providing sufficient detail, including specific URLs or package names, to permit the Company to locate the material.
Contact Information
Information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
Statement of Good Faith
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of Accuracy
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Misrepresentation Notice
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
